Hi, i am in the exact same situation... i followed the tutorial above and when i try to run tingle tuner the vba-m run and freeze constantly (the nintendo sign appears) but then i got the same eror as you...
Can you point out what you did ? i don't find the VBA-M that the author gives in that quote...
