This is a hypothetical question I was wondering if it would be possible to get a dolphin built on a quantum computer I'm looking to do some crazy ai stuff.

Not even remotely. Quantum computing is very very VERY different from normal digital computing, and both the GameCube/Wii and the host systems we run on are all digital computing.
