Personally I have the Gigabyte Z97M-D3H and it does what I need it to and has a pretty nice bios layout. Haven't OC'd yet but the bios is very user friendly and I am certain it will OC well (considering it's a Gigabyte board). Devil's Canyon cpu's probably OC to around 4.6 or so.
