Thinking about buying a PC, wanted to make sure it'd run Dolphin okay

Hey everyone! So I'm thinking about doing a build here in the coming weeks. I have a budget of about $850 for my PC and this is the build I've got so far:

I'm not too terribly attached to anything, it'll probably be running Windows 7, and I don't know if I'll be overclocking or not. I want to run Dolphin in 1080p, if possible. How will this fare? Should I opt for a faster CPU or GPU?

Thanks for the help!

I do like that one, but is there anyway to get the price under $850? And the video card should suffice then?

I'm honestly not sold on them. I understand the slightly faster and smoother load times (especially for operating systems), but they're a lot more expensive and at the moment I'd rather take the extra money and put it into the GPU or CPU.
I might pick one up eventually though.

Also how does Dolphin fare with Windows 8?

Depending on the games your really going to want to overclock, which is what the set-up I gave you is for, but then again I for got to list a CPU cooler XD

If I'm going to overclock (Which games would I need to do that for?), what kind of cooler should I go with and how cheap can I get it?

1st - SMG 1+2, The Last Story, F-Zero GX and some more games need an overclocked CPU
2nd - The Thermalright HR-02 Macho is very good
3rd - The HR-02 Macho costs about 30-35€

All games I want to play. I guess I'll be overclocking then.
And alright, I'll look into that one. Thank you!
