The path starts with "my computer", but in Swedish (den här datorn), I guess the ä character is the culprit? Is there an alternative?
The complete path: my computer/dokument/dolphin emulator/load/textures
but, in the above - as mentioned - my computer is substituted with the swedish den här datorn.
