At the moment, it's only a texture pack and a few shaders.
However, Tomoya and his team are still working on importing new models to the game (and if that's possible, new gameplay changes are also possible). Also, there will be new music.
I don't know if the 60 fps hack i confirmed by the team, but imo it's rather unlikely, only very few PCs would even be able to get 60 fps with all those enhancements.
