So a few years ago, D3D was the backend to use unless you were on Linux or OS X, or you had that odd game that worked better with OGL.
However, with D3D9 being dropped and much more focus being placed on the OGL backend (Those Dolphin progress reports are AWESOME btw), I want to know, is D3D11 still the dominant backend, or has the OGL backend matured enough to use as a 1st option?
I ask because I have a setup with Ice and Steam BPM so when I add new games, I want to have a balance between the most compatible/stable settings and performance without having to muck around with settings if I can help it (Especially since we still don't have a cute GUI for per-game settings).
Thanks
