You should tell her where to get the watchdog patch and how to apply it first.
And I really don't think this has ANYTHING to do with watchdog. I'm pretty sure changing watchdog from 60 to something else can't fix this problem.
Correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think she needs to be told where to get it and how to apply it because the build she is using already comes with it installed.
All she has to do is go into Configure, and in the general tab it should be there.
