There's a little resize marker in the corner, but it doesn't do anything.

If the text area is already expanded, nothing to worry about unless you want to shrink the active text area. @RachelB, I haven't tested elsewhere other than forums. Usually the re-size feature has to be implemented into the text editor's code for dynamic web pages. Not any old text box can be re-sized if that function isn't supported in the code. On forums the re-size function for the editor is supported in the it's code.
