I have done quite a bit of research on this and it seems as though I am definitely not the only one with this issue. The issue I am speaking of is that regarding the new Wii Remote Plus controllers with built in motion plus, and not being able to pair them in Dolphin. The majority of people experiencing this issue were able to connect the controller to their computer via normal microsoft bluetooth drivers or through a third party bluetooth stack if they did not have built in bluetooth hardware. However, The majority of people were unable to connect the controller to dolphin itself. Like me, for most, Dolphin is not recognizing the controller as even being in existance. There are multiple forum threads already created about this, but none of them are getting anywhere. I will post links to all these forum threads here in order to create a main thread regarding this issue. This issue is also posted in the google source code section for Dolphin, although it is not yet solved.

http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=20426 This has 0 posts, but is valuable.

http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=20404 This thread has multiple posts. The user who started on the thread claims to have solved the problem, however I have attempted this fix and it does not work.

http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=20418 Once again, valuable information, starter of the thread claims to have a fix although it was not disclosed.

http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=19948 This is the most valuable thread. It is 5 pages long and at the end contains a link to the issue on google source code.

THESE are the two links to the google source code issues listed about Dolphin Wii remote plus controller.

Please keep this thread open and continue to add information and updates to it.

Make sure your wiimote plus is official one which made by Nintendo , not those cheap 3rd party one
I owned 3 Nintendo wiimote plus (Pink-Blue-Gold) that have zero problem with dolphin
Also using Toshiba Bluetooth Stack and cheap bluetooth adapter from Amazon.com

That's not the problem here. The problem is a new OFFICIAL wiimote by nintendo, a new revision, which is not working with Dolphin. And it seems like you only get those new wm+ controllers... Sad So all people coming to dolphin now have bad luck.

No , please read my post again . 3 of them are new wiimote plus (motion plus inside)
It might be BT driver or BT adapter's fault
Try using latest dolphin or pressing Alt-F5 to disconnect/reconnect wiimote until calibrating

To elaborate on that a bit further:
If your Wii Remote Plus when connected shows up as "RVL-CNT-01" in Windows, it will work fine. These Wiimotes reportedly have "LMB-RVL-WR/M-C0" written in the battery compartment.
If your Wii Remote Plus when connected shows up as "RVL-CNT-01-RL" in Windows, it will not work.

I didn't see this thread but I have the exact same issue it seems. I made my thread here, describing the problem: http://forums.dolphin-emu.org/showthread.php?tid=20438

The Wiimote is brandnew, came today from Amazon and I have been fiddling with it for 2 hours already. Windows recognizes it fine, Dolphin acts as if it doesn't exist.

It would be helpfull for me to note that the controllers that have some luck in pairing are "RVL-CNT-01" and the controllers that do not (including mine) are "RVL-CNT-01-TR". I suppose including all information found on the controller would help as well.
On the right hand side:
ACN 060 566 083
FCC ID:BKERVL036
IC:4360A-RVL036
MODEL:RVL-036
Under the accesory port:
RVL-036
MADE IN CHINA
Under the battery cover and above the Nintendo logo:
E04MG40
To the left of that in the small square indent closest to the bottom of the remote:>ABS<
m22-2
In the battery compartment beneath the battery layout designations:
LR6(AA)1.5V x2
And below that on the small sticker:
LMB-RVL-WR/Z-C4
[R]007WWCUL0716
RVL-036

I realize a lot of this is useless. However this can help identify what model you have, and if your controller is legit or not.
