You still haven't answered my question: what performance do you get?
Does your fps fluctuate?

Edit: Read Shonumi's post. That should help you with your sound issues.

It won't do any thing for your FPS (but you said it doesn't matter anyway) but it could remove the stuttering. Try enabling Accurate VBeam emulation first, then if that doesn't help, try disabling Idle Skipping.

thanks but its not limited to mario. it's generally so it's not worth it unless it is a general fix

Have you read the title of the thread?
It says: How to make LLE sound good even if game is not running fullspeed !
Not: How to make Super Mario Galaxy sound good even if game is not running fullspeed !

It's a general 'fix'.

i don't know because i try dolphin for a while then get rid of it. i try it experimentally but it doesn't seem to be worth a long term trial.

the fps is probably 45+ as i remember. pj64 has a sync audio option that works brill. tricks on dolphin don't work to well

Dolphin has the same option.
Make sure framelimit set to audio in options -> configure.
Uncheck limit by FPS if its enabled.

Wind Waker is a 30FPS game, so if you're going to play at a higher frame rate, you'll get the audio and the game playing too fast.

Heavy emulators need heavy systems that's all. Minimum requirements for emulated console games are not minimum requirements for PC games. People should either accept this and be satisfied with their system possibilities either get a real console if they can't stand it

Try to do the following for Wind Waker, it should increase your performance:

In the ini setting, the game is set to run the game with EFB Copies to RAM.

Right-click on the game in Dolphin, then hit properties.
In the window that pops up, hit edit config, which you can find at the bottom-left of the window.

In the ini file that opens, at the bottom, you should see these three lines:
Code:
EFBAccessEnable = True
EFBToTextureEnable = False
EFBCopyEnable = True
Erase them, save the file, and see if it worked.

thats an issue because i need to get to a boss battle [first] and i erased it weeks ago so i couldn't test it for game specific but if you want me to try it for say mario galaxy?
thanks anyways just close the thread or delete it. maybe you could put things like shadows under cuda or something. it's an idea, don't need to reply if you like it or hate it.

thanks,
