I've been useing Dolphin for quite some time now. Until today I was only playing Wii and WiiWere games, I tried to play Amazeing Island for GameCube but when I open the game it says "The memory Card in Slot A is formatted for another market." and gives me three options: 
>Change Memory Card
>Play without saveing
>Formant

What do I do? I don't want to accidentally delete my wii games save data

If you format the memory card, it will only delete GameCube saves, not Wii saves. So you can go ahead and format.
