Hello! I'm running Dolphin r7647. Here's my current set up:
i7 930 @ 3.8 GHz
6 GBs RAM
GTX 480
As you can guess, Dolphin runs fairly well for me, but there are a few issues I have and was wondering if anyone knew the solution to them, is there is one.
I just started playing Wind Waker, and I wanted to get the performance as close to actually running on the gamecube as possible. Here are the issues:
1. The sound. The music plays perfectly without any hiccups. The problem lays in the sound effects; they're delayed. They don't play on cue to what is actually happening.
2. Jitters. This is kind of hard to explain, but the screen doesn't scroll perfectly smooth. While I keep a constant 30 fps, the screen "jitters" a little bit every half second or so. Know what I'm talking about? It's not very noticeable, but it still bothers me
3. There's a line that appears across the far bottom of the screen during transitions. Very minor, but I would prefer it not to be there at all
4. Widescreen hack. The extra screen real estate doesn't work properly, as object stop being rendered when they're no longer within the original screen space. I assume this is hardcoded into the game for performance reasons and there's no fix for it, but I thought I'd still ask
Thanks for reading this, and for any replies I might get!
