The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker

Hey,

I'm having having 1 problem with running the WW on my dolphin emulator.
Sometimes after a cut-scene the fps jumps and I'm stuck at a black screen.

Here's my config and settings:

I'm running:
WIN7 64-bit
Intel Core i7
6GB DDR3 RAM
ATI Radeon HD 4650

anyway to fix this? it's pretty annoying
