Well I am new to the forum and I speak Spanish. I played several games that I run at the wonder, of course not all. But it is normal that this happen in Zelda Wind Waker. The game runs between 90 and 100%

In system information it says my computer has DirectX 11, but when I use the DirectX 11 plugin. In the Dolphin I get "Failed to find a Supported Video Mode" and so I use the DirectX 9 plugin

You need at least some decent card... intel gma 9XX won't work as expected. And according to the string 82945g you are having a 950 Sad

Turn off "Emular cambios de formato", or Emulate format changes. That happened to me, as well. Strange how something designed to make a game look better actually hurts it.
