Question
If Your Receiving A Very Low Frame rate on Wind Waker Follow These Steps And You Should Be Good Cool

1. Download The Latest Development Version As it comes with a lot of performance tweaks and it is much faster then the stable version - https://dolphin-emu.org/download/

2. Right Click on the game and click 'properties' then click 'DSP HLE Emulation'

3. Then Setup The Graphics The Way You Want. I've Added Some Pictures To Show You My Setup.

Yes, because going against the default settings which prevent random crashes is a great idea. Seriously, do you think if HLE audio worked well with this game we wouldn't just have it as the default?
