A standard Haswell mobile i7 is really fast after all . But still .... It doesn't have enough power for what I need
I decide to wait for Broadwell mobile i7 instead

CPUz reads the voltage just fine since it was updated for Haswell. It shows the same voltage as my motherboard shows in BIOS and from Gigabyte's software.
