The Legend of Zelda-Dolphin Bar and Wii Remote +

Sup everyone. I have a little issue. Hope I can get a solution. I recently bought a dolphin bar and a wii remote plus and nunchuck. The dolphin bar recognizes my remote and it works fine for Super Mario Bros. However, for the Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword when i open the game, dolphin picks it up perfectly. After the game confirms  the Wii remote and nunchuck are connected and has calibrated, I get a message saying "Point the wii remote at the screen and move to the centre" However, I am unable to move cursor. The first time I opened the game with dolphin it moved and I was able to play. But now. I cannot get passed that screen. For related information: My pc has an nvidia gtx 650, intel core i3 3220, 4gb ram and Windows 10. Also, I have a genuine Wii remote and nunchuck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
