Use Jit as usually not Jitil
This build massively improves performance of the game.
Advisable OpenAL
Need Audio throttle ON
fps limmit 30
Texture to RAM for missing textures on characters
I also recommend OpenGL as it has much clearer graphic in game.
There is no need for any other special settings.

still freeze for me Sad im using a e8400 3.5ghz 4gb ram and a gtx460

Problem is that game brings the 2 biggest problems of dolphin to surface
fifo problem and hle problem
if it doesn't hang on fifo it will hang on hle..
fixing both is out of my reach,it can be hacked or fixed but both require a LOT of work and time.

Anyone have a save for the start of Chapter 22? Somewhere around the Gurak Ship chapter my game stopped recognizing the Wii Saves and after going back already and redoing about 2 hours of the game to see if it fixed it I was forced to start relying on SaveStates only for the next 6 hours, but now some 13 hours into the game Im getting tons of freezes during checkpoint saves and nothing I can do is getting me past the opening bits of that Chapter and nothing I do allows me to create news saves, so I cant even try a different build without loosing some 6 hours of game time.

Im using Dolphin-3.0-424-g3a9fed0_XBHLE31_L102_x64_ICC by the by. It was running pretty good, and still is for the most part but right after capturing the Gurak Ship save functionality was lost and I was forced to rely on savestates only.

Jitil, HLE, 3x native, no AA, 2x AF, everything default, though Ive messed around trying different things like turning off idle skipping, Skip EFB Access from CPU, scaled EFB copy, lock threads to cores, LLE, DSP LLE on thread, Jit recompiler, etc etc. Hasnt changed anything.

When the freezing first started to occur around chapter 18 or it was only at one of three times, Checkpoint Autosave, Me trying to use a save spot or when I tried to use a spawn glyph, though I believe thats because spawn Glyphs use that autosave function. Anyways within the game I could still create a save file, just that if I turned off the game and rebooted they wouldnt be present in a fresh start up, they only existed within the savestate, but when the game started freezing it would work out that if within the game using the menu I exited out back to the main menu, not an actual Dolphin reset, and reloaded with an actual save and not savestate whatever checkpoint that froze on me wouldnt. Now though nothing I do can get me past these checkpoint saves in Chapter 22.
