Just wondering how playable this game would be with 4670k @ 4.0 ghz? That's as far as I can go with my stock cooler and have decent temps. I will be installing my noctua NH d14 later this week once I get my mounting kit for 115x

From my understanding, it should be very playable with that setup. You might encounter slowdowns in Lazuli city or whatever it's called, but in that case, it's because this game is ao demanding that no consumer hardware can run it fullspeed all the time in every scenario (not even a real Wii).

A 4670K is basically one of the best CPUs for Dolphin, so go with that if you want to run TLS with minimal slowdowns. You probably won't drop a lot of FPS though, not enough to annoy you. It should be fullspeed except in especially demanding parts (again Lazuli city).
