The Last Sotry PAL issues

Hey, I'm new to this forum and I need some help. I have The Last Story up and running with no crashes on r7714. I'm getting bad fps drops. About 90$ of the time it's running at ~20fps and the game slows down pretty bad. The computer I'm running on is an Asus G74 gaming laptop with Win7 64 bit, i7 2.2ghz, 12gb of ram, and a 560gtx. I have everything default except I locked threads to core, running dx11 with 2x native, 1280x720, and JITIL.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try dx9 or opengl with1920x1080 anti aliasing 16x as your card can take it and enable dual core and idle skipping and make sure you tick(check) copy to RAM not texture.Hope it helps
