The front page mentions speed boost by turning something "on"

My question is: Where is the Dolphin.ini located at?

I see it, but the core section doesn't have a "ProfiledReJIT =" in it. Do I add that to the ini myself?

yes. It doesn't help me in speed in any way though.

I added that line to the core ini, but the emulator just automatically shut down. Oh well.

1) it should be added to dolphin.ini under the [core] section not core ini
2) its very VERY buggy

a bit. I don't have a powerful cpu so everybit is helpful.
