the emulator work at 100% speed but stop for seconds

i managed to make dolphin work like an oiled machine

i works with 100% speed on most of the games with the sse4.1 builds

but the problem is that the emulator stop for 2 seconds every while

it make me loose the mod of gaming what would be the problem??
