Then, my friends, I believe the Dolphin Texture Pixelator is for you.

The Dolphin Texture Pixelator does (quite simply) what it says it should. It pixelates dumped textures from GameCube or Wii games. Using it is very straightforward, and it is explained here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1o4qbz_8vSsy0TmuYh0XjPRa0YEz3tbujZav8Fy8EeXA. However, a lot of that is explaining how to dump/load textures, so if you already know how to do that, just skip to Part 2 of the tutorial.

If there's any bugs (which I hope not), just reply to this thread or PM me and I'll try to resolve it. On a side note, I found out today that Swing is deprecated, which is sad, but I'll be coming out with a new updated JavaFX version soon.
