Not at all, with my PC specs, I don't see any difference:

C2D T9550 2.66Ghz
4GB RAM 800Mhz
GeForce 9600M GS 512 Mb

and at last.... (!)

Windows Vista Ultimate SP2 x86

Runs just like (sometimes better), than XP
