Just a note, refrain from replying to them, may it be on PM or directly in the thread. Things may seem out of context when a moderator removes their posts for malicious URLs and stuff, so its better to report and silently ignore them until dealt with.

I was thinking that maybe all off us can use the Low Orbit Ion Cannon software to initiate a DDOS attack against these spammers, bringing their websites down for a while.

I know a bunch of sites such as Aiseesoft that use unethical advertising strategies, but I won't link it here for obvious reasons.

A provision must be there for at least to flag them or to report them as abusive user(s). These spammers are really such a pain. I think their post must be deleted alongwith their account.
