The best Dolphin for Windows 8 please?

Can someone please tell me what the best Dolphin for Windows 8 is? And where do I get it? I already have one (as you can see in my specs) but I don't know of it's the right one...

If you got a x64 OS get a x64 build. If you got a x86 OS get a x86 build

Yes that's what it means. But your system is too slow to run 99% of games in dolphin.
