Really, I thought recent work had made savestates better.
OS: Windows 10 Pro 64bit Creators Update
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 960 @ 3.6 GHz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 2GB GDDR5
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-870A-USB3 AM3+ Revision
RAM: HyperX 8GB Dual Channel @ 1600Mhz

Nope, newer revisions are more likely to break something savestate related than to fix it.
OS: Windows 10 64 bit Professional
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5900X
RAM: 16GB
GPU: Radeon Vega 56

Yeah, the official Dolphin 3.0 release has proved to be successful. It's not yet outdated and still a recommendation worth Wink (in many things, the savestate thing is only one of many)
