i got passed the save part by right clicking the TITLE folder within the /USER/WII folder and changing it to READ ONLY. then you can save state once you get to the main menu. i'm still having problems with the sound skipping/stuttering. i wouldn't mind a loud click if i miss a note but i can't hear any of the songs properly cause it stutters right from the beginning of each song. i've tried mutliple versions of dolphin as well.

send me a PM and i'll explain in detail if you need more help getting to the main menu.
