I'm trying to play Windwaker and Metroid Prime.

Speed is not an issue, but with Windwaker objects mostly when at the edge of the screen will seem like they are disappearing right from the image, like a drawing problem? I'm using r7597.

Metroid Prime I'm seem to be missing textures? Like on walls, some parts will just be white.

Thanks!

He's using widescreen hack (it causes both of those problems). Turn it off and you'll be fine.

That worked, but a new problem. In Dragon Roost caves(first dungeon), its messing up. Its like a bunch of tears in the screen, I guess its having a hard time with the fog or smoke? Can you fix this with an option? I don't think this area will be playable without one.

Try v-sync.

The issue with Dragon Roost has existed for a few years now, there is nothing that can be done at the time to fix that issue so you will have to deal with it.
