Keep in mind the links might have been shared elsewhere and at this point they definitely got indexed by various search engines, so simply removing them from here won't solve the problem.
Have you considered opting-out of the security update on the affected files? You can do that by going to the Google Drive website, then you locate the file, right click on it, choose "Generate Link", then click on the cogwheel icon from the popup that will open. Here you can uncheck the "apply security update" option, that will make the old links work again, like before the change...
