Hi, sure.

Open the download link to get the texture pack, either in PNG or in DDS format. You only need one of them. I recommend using the DDS pack for better performance and only use the PNG pack, if the DDS textures do not work for you.
Once you downloaded the pack, you unzip it via 7zip, winrar or similar. The pack includes a "Load" folder, which you also find in your dolphin user folder.
The dolphin user folder on windows should be found in C:\Users\(Your name)\Documents\
The load folder in my pack has the same structure as the load folder in the Dolphin user folder.

There you have
a) "DynamicInputTextures": This folder includes button textures for different gamepads. So, if you use a dualshock or xbox controller, you can make it show the buttons of your gamepad instead of the original gamecube buttons.
b) "Textures": This is the folder where you put all your different texturepacks. The texturepack folders are usually named after the game ID of the game which they represent. In my case I just named the folder "GameID" though, because the pack supports different game versions and you have to select the one you need. You have to rename the GameID folder to
 
"GYWEE9" if you play A wonderful Life (USA)
"GYWPE9" if you play A wonderful Life (Europe)
"GYWDE9" if you play A wonderful Life (Germany)
"G4GEE9" if you play Another wonderful Life (USA)
"CYWEE9" if you play A proud Life (USA)
"CYWPE9" if you play A proud Life (Europe)
"C4GEE9" if you play Another proud Life (USA)

Next if you open the GameID folder you will find the folders "All" and "Region specific".
The "All" folder includes textures which all versions share. You definitely need these textures. The "Region specific" folder includes the different game version folders. Here you only keep the folder for the version you play and delete the others.
So in the end you should have your GameID folder (e.g. GYWEE9 if you play the USA version of AWL), which includes the "All" folder + the dedicated region folder.

So to stick with the USA example, your folder structure would look like that:



Finally you just have to make the settings in Dolphin itself. Enable "Load Custom Textures" in the Graphic Settings (Advanced) and increase the internal resolution (also in Graphic Settings) from Native to x2 or higher to see a difference.
