Hello! Unfortunately after my Windows 10 OS crashed, I had no choice but to revert to Windows 7 for now.
However, I seem to be experiencing difficulties with in-game graphics, specifically the textures.

Here and there, some textures will completely glitch out and HUD icons will display improperly and look jumbled.
OpenGL seems to load the textures just fine, however OpenGL takes a major hits on the in-game performance. Direct3D11 is the backend I normally use because of its efficiency, but again the textures are jumbled. Me thinks it has something to do with the texture cache.

If you may know a solution(s), please let me know! Many thanks. (:

Update 8/17/16:
So far, the texture bugs do not occur in 4.0-4750 and below. I have no clue what this could mean, but I'm wondering if there's something I'm missing in the config of Direct3D on Dolphin.

The only other problems I can think of is that it's because I'm using Windows 7 or perhaps something went wrong when installing graphic drivers for my AMD Raedon.
According to my Direct X diagnosis, my Direct X has no issues, so I'm honestly clueless as to why this texture bug occurs.

I'd recommend going to AMD website and re downloading the latest drivers for Windows 7 for your AMD GPU

It appears to be a Windows 7 issue, I think. Just updated back to 10 and the problem was resolved.
Though, I think you were right about installing W7 drivers for my AMD GPU, because I'm pretty sure Dolphin 5.0 is 100% compatible with Windows 7. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
