This has never been a problem for me, but around the time I replaced my CPU, I used dolphin to test how much better it ran. I began noticing graphical glitches mainly involving the textures. I thought the CPU might have been the issue, but literally nothing else I've used aside from dolphin has this problem.

There's my specs.
And these are some examples from the most recent build: 5.0 1012.

These types of ui glitches were present in Super Mario Sunshine as well, but I don't have the game at the moment to make screenshots on.

Meanwhile, on OpenGL and Vulkan, it's been working swimmingly. In fact, this was a bigger deal for me before you guys came along with Vulkan since I tended to get better speeds on DX11. Still, I'd like to know why it's bugging out like this when DX never gave me an issue a few months back.

I've tried this with some older versions I had DLed and got the same results, even on ones that used to work just fine. any idea what's causing it?
