Texture Cache on latest Dolphin

Dev/anyone, about option Texture Cache on latest Dolphin. where that option is?
because games like Trauma Center: Second Opinion & Trauma Team(maybe other games too) needs Texture Cache normal & fast.

i tried it with latest Dolphin r7667 the color not normal. tried other config still not change(color). is it have been change. if it is then what alternate for that option.
haven't tried it with Dolphin r7669.

there is a slidder "Texture Cache"...

The option was removed in Nolan's Texture Decoding rewrite and was supposed to be working right without the option. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work so I guess he'll work on that. For now, if you really need it, use Dolphin 3.0 ...the option should still be in there.
