Yo guys,
Wanna have stable Dolphin builds again, which don't have SMG and other games crashing all the time due to the fifo commit r7185? Wait no longer, or maybe do, idk.
Anyway, I've found this nice bug in r7185, which I fixed in my CP-DC-branch. If any of your games suffer from a regression from EXACTLY that rev (other issues won't get solved and I don't really care for "doesn't fix XXX" comments if they aren't related to that rev!), test that branch, please. If people don't test it, it won't find its way to master. If many people test it, it will get merged to master more quickly.
Builds can be downloaded at http://www.emucr.com/2011/10/dolphin-cp-...0-159.html (nothing against the build providers at our forums, but emucr is awesome because they are compiling branch builds quickly without even having to ask them explicitly!).
ONE THING: Before reporting any success stories, MAKE SURE that the crash actually happens on current master builds and that you tested the branch build long enough. Same for bugs in this branch (it's unlikely there are any), really make sure your comment is justified.
Thanks to all comments in advance, let's hope stuff got better now
fwiw, so far it seems like SMG is working as fine as before r7185 again now. Can't really tell for sure though, yet.
