Hello all, I just wanted to make a short comment before describing my experience with Dolphin on the Nexus 5. I think it would be a good idea to have dedicated threads for testing Dolphin on different phones and then perhaps have a sticky with a list of the threads, just a thought Smile

Back to the testing, when running the emulator with the OpenGL ES plugin, the Nexus 5 experiences the same forced portrait orientation, no surprise there. Furthermore, it seems to suffer from a unique bug where the screen is shifted to the right forcing some of the image to loop around to the left side and the rest to remain off-screen. As far as my knowledge goes, the other phones aren't displaying the same behaviour, so sorry if this is old news.

Anyways, thanks for reading and I'll update this if I find out anything new. Let me know if you have any questions or if you have a test case you want me to try.

Edit: I've included some screenshots to better illustrate my test results ^^

Awesome, the fact that it is showing up shifted like that is a good indication that the portrait issue will be fixed once I actually change the code to support the new drivers.

That's great, I'm glad it turned out to be a positive bug xD I added some screenshots to the thread so you can get a better idea

On my LG G2, Ultimate Rotation Control caused the same glitches like on the N5, but the graphic output stays in portrait mode.
Qualcomm graphic driver on G2 is v45.

I just tested the latest version, and it now works on the Nexus 5 properly, but it won't load the OpenGL driver without crashing. Any suggestions?

v0.13 crashes now imediately after starting a game. On my LG G2 and N7 (2013), it always resumed to game list.
Doesn't matter which CPU core variant and video backend is choosen.

Does Dolphin send an automated crash report to you or do you need some logcats ?

Last version gave me a black screen after showing the Nintendo logo (in forced portrait). New version (0.13), landscape seems to work (for the Nintendo logo at least) but I'm crashing immediately afterwards. (The kind that says close or report)

My contribution in order to help, the last version ( android 0.13 ) crashes after launch a game ( black screen or the application stopped )on nexus 5 32 gigas with kitkat 4.4.2.
Another comment my BT controller "Gametel" doesn't work too , it's impossible to map the touch ...
