On the oooooold Dolphin version I used ages ago, Win-x64-v3.0-873, there is a plain option that allows me to select a given fps, and the audio is unaffected. Setting it to 30 (default is 25 for Tenkaichi 3 on Wii) made the game smoother, a tad faster, and the only audio issue I have is that the character selection sound has a crackle.
Now I'm running the latest dev build, and I can only increase the fps whilst also having the audio sped up. That ain't good. How do I get the game to run at a higher framerate (CPU has enough grunt, running Vulkan
), sans the squeaky voices?
