I'm playing Zelda SS with v4.1 using DX9. Game runs perfectly but I get screen tearing on the TV even with vsync on, doesn't happen with OpenGL, but it's slow. Doesn't happen on my PC monitor either, only on the TV output.
I've tried everything and read all the topics about it in this forum, nothing helped. Is it my low specs? If so then why doesn't it happen with OpenGL.
