Tatsunoko Vs Capcom Dilemma

Hey guys I have been trying to get tatsunoko vs capcom running but I am continually getting low fps of around 15 or so.

My pc specs are as follows:

AMD 3800 dual core 2.00ghz
4 gig ddr2 ram
Asus 4670 512ram

Is it simply that my pc is not fast enough to play the game, or am I doing something wrong?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think you should be fine with your setup , maybe time to upgrade this 3800 to a solid 5000 or 6000+, otherwise memory and graphic card are fine
