Hello.

4GB Ram
Q6700 QUAD 2.66GHZ
GTX 460

Using Dolphin 3.0 - 204 (Latest version)

I've noticed that while playing Tales of Symphonia the character runs too fast. Not in world map, but in towns and such. It's fine in battle, but outside it's too fast. It says the game is running 60 FPS, but it seems a bit too fast. Am i missing something here?

When you get to the game select menu in dolphin, does the game have a USA flag next to it?

You can try Enabling Audio Throttle in the DSP
I liked the part where it worked, except there was no such part.

Enable Audio Throttle if it's off or put FrameLimit to Auto

I've done this, but it still seems like it's too fast. Any other solutions?

In the Graphics configuration you can tell it to make a video. Mind posting a video here?

Put FrameLimit to 50/60 (or even 40) and check Limit by FPS
