So yeah, I started this game on Dolphin 3.0.589 64-bits with the audio set to DSP LLE with the LLE locked to a separate core.
I get a stable FPS allround the game, except on fields where it sometimes gives a small drop, no biggy.

The issue is with the sound though, it gets choppy and interrupts itself with loud noises, which is a known issue.
Is there a way to fix it?

EDIT: oh yeah, the audio also gets really bad in the menu.

DSP LLE needs fullspeed to work properly.

short: The game have to run at fullspeed all the time if you want perfect sound Wink

The sound is nearly perfect but gets bad sometimes, even with the full 60 fps and vps, with speed at 100%, the speed is almost perfect on the worldmap aswell, where I get 30~60.

I have a AMD FX-6100 Hexa-core at 3,3ghz, Dolphin uses about 2 cores, I should be able to easily make this game run completely smooth.

No, bulldozers dont perform well on dolphin, this coupled with additional processing power needed for LLE audio, you wont get fullspeed easily, you could try overclocking though

Well... F me then...
They should add proper support for it then...

EDIT:
With my setup, any tips on what absolutely NOT enable?

60 FPS on the world map is too high. It should be around 30 FPS, since the game halves the frame rate at that point. Setting your Framelimit option to Audio makes sure the game only runs as fast as the audio (e.g. audio throttling). This may or may not help with your audio issues, but it's something to try and keep in mind.

Completely smooth? Probably not. My 2500K is the same stock clock, but Intel's Sandy Bridge chips offer better performance on Dolphin clock-for-clock. There are some points where the game drops from full-speed in battle (certain magic attacks and boss battles) but for the most part, I don't go below 50 FPS. You'll probably have to OC your CPU to get better performance with LLE. EDIT: Just saw you're on a Bulldozer chip. Don't expect much from Dolphin then, especially with this game.

Also, Dolphin is at most a tri-core application (2 main threads + 1 thread for LLE audio processing), so Dolphin would only use half of your available cores.

(ExtremeDude2 like, I must do the following): This ^^

Actually I was going to write it, but it was here already. Basically AMD messed up badly with bulldozer, as they do nothing well, except what they were designed for, which no-one does.

Thanks for the replies guys.
This game almost emulated at full speed constantly, as said, 30FPS on the world map, 50fps at certain camera angles but mostly 60fps, also in battles I get a completely smooth 60fps.
Only thing is the audio really, with magic attacks and certain other sounds, it kind of cuts itself off sometimes, not a big issue, but still a bit lame.

Audio throttling gave the same results as simply limiting it at 60.

What's so bad about the bulldozer chip? The way it has 'modules' instead of cores with HT?

They designed it to be good for multi-threaded applications, but the way it's designed means everything has to be rewritten just to be compatible. It isn't good for anything else, and dolphin happens to be one of those things, as it couldn't thread well.
