Hey there guys, been trying to play this game on Dolphin and so far everything works fine game smooth 60 fps.

The problem is when i go to world map, like the game is smooth in every single way but when the char is at the world map it gets steady 30 FPS with no slow downs of music no problem at all just decays to 30 fps like if it was normal.

Id like to know if its rly normal in this game or it should also run at 60 fps at world map? Btw I use Vsync and Frame limit Auto tried every possible way to change this settings to see if it fixes but not really. If I change the frame limit to Off world map gets 60 fps but the music is too fast and the char is fast too. Thanks In Advance

My Rig :

CPU : Amd fx 6100 3.30ghz
GPU : Nvidia GTX 660 ti
RAM : 10 GB

It´s normal, it would only be a pc problem if the game / audio actually slows down. This is because the character running through the world map is categorized as a cutscene, it´s very common in games and thus it´s a game "feature"
The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world.

This happens on hardware; the game changes framerate.

The actual game is designed to run at 30 fps on certain scenes. It did this on the GameCube itself.
