Taiko no Tatsujin games broken on latest Dolphin builds

Just a heads up to the devs (since I can't figure out how to submit an error report), all of the Taiko no Tatsujin games crash on startup as of build 4.0-9249 (I'm running Windows 10 x64). Dolphin immediately throws several memory read/write errors and an "Unable to resolve read address" error. Tried to play with the settings but could not get them to work at all.

The games work fine on build 9237.

Can you check if 4.0-9240 and 4.0-9242 work? Most likely the 1st not working build is 4.0-9242, but some confirmation would be nice.

Okay. Cool. That just means we have another case where are old timings are wrong.
