The Surface Pro uses an Intel HD 4000 GPU, and I think it's CPU is a little underclocked.

Comparing it to my computer (I can't get the NVIDIA chip to work), GameCube games will mostly work for sure but with stuttering during heavy loads. I imagine Wii game playback might be poor.

Usually Wii games are barely any more demanding than GC games. Some of the lightest games are for the Wii, and some of the heaviest are for the GC.
