System Menu/Mii Channel crash

I downloaded the latest dev version (4.0-6054 as of this post) and the System Menu and Mii Channel crash upon opening.  So I go back and check which dev version this started with and it appears 4.0-6044 is when it started.  I reverted back to 4.0-6042 and they both open fine with no issues.
