System Menu Load Error

I already installed System Menu, but when I hit Load Wii System Menu the screen goes black and the following warnings appear:
1-SetupWiiMemory: Can't create settings.txt file
2-Could not write memory card file
C:.../Documents/Dolphin
Emulator/GC/MemoryCardA.EUR.raw.

Are you running Dolphin from a CD/DVD, or is the save file maybe write protected?

Are you receiving this after moving the emulator directory?
If so, then you may need to re-specify your memory card location in the options.

I discovered! The problem was that I have Avast antivirus and it wouldn't let Dolphin update the files properly.
