Like we already said, all shader compilation modes in Dolphin (apart from Skip Drawing and its random popping in during compilation) provides exactly the same graphics. It's literally on the name of the setting, it changes just how the shaders are compiled, that's not a "shader intensity" setting found, for example, on modern PC games, where you can have more details and effects by increasing that setting...
