Could someone give some clarification here.

1) I was told it wont work on windows ( win 7 in my case )
2) When using the stack dolphin says use windows stack.
3) What does it fix or help?
4) is there any reason not to do this?
5) are there any specific versions.
6) is that bluesolei any better?

Please, only if you know for sure. I to do a write up on this so I need legitimate answers.

The only reason I know of to use the Toshiba stack is if you have one of the new wiimote+'s (RVL-CNT-01-TR) since they wont work without it.
