Wondering if it could be possible to implement Crt switchres like in GroovyMame?

Here is the official switchres repo by Calamity know for GroovyMame, switchres & crt emu driver.

That isn't really going to do anything for us. MAME benefits from supporting many resolutions since it's supporting hundreds of different hardware configurations. We have... two. And their video output is identical. We have our video modes supported and that's all we really need to deal with. If you output Dolphin from your computer via an analog output to a CRT at 480i/p (or the PAL equivalents), you'll be getting an extremely accurate result. (yes there are edge cases but I'm not going to list them right now!)
